Looks specific to the device. Please share information about the device(brand and model ID). And your release version( $ head -1 /etc/nv_tegra_release )

  • You’ll want to include the exact model of the hard drive as well, both drive and enclosure.
  • If powered by USB, then you’ll want to check if results differ when using an externally powered HUB, versus power from USB.
  • If you can make the device work on a Linux PC, then you’ll want to post the “sudo lsusb -vvv” verbose lsusb for just that device when running from a host PC (verbose lsusb of everything is long, so only that one device verbose lsusb is needed).
