TX2 nvgstplayer local playback on R32.2

I can’t play some videos(see attachment and download link) by nvgstplayer-1.0 command.
I have also followed “Accelerater_GStreamer_User_Guide.pdf” to install some packages

sudo add-apt-repository universe
sudo add-apt-repository multiverse
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gstreamer1.0-tools gstreamer1.0-alsa \
 gstreamer1.0-plugins-base gstreamer1.0-plugins-good \
 gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly \
sudo apt-get install libgstreamer1.0-dev \
 libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev \
 libgstreamer-plugins-good1.0-dev \

below is the log by running nvgstplayer-1.0.

These video can play on every L4T version(R28.2.1, R28.3, R32.1) before R32.2.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue.

please down another video from the following link

Does this version nvgstplayer-1.0 support h263 & mpeg codec?

This is similar to https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/1065177
We will check and update.
