Then yes, the keys are added in bios.
Thank you for the hints, I’ll look into them!
Yes, it is working fine in windows, as far as I can say. And it seems to work fine on Ubuntu if the GPU power settings are changed to “Prefer Maximum Performance”.
I have the same issue on HP ZBook Firefly 15 G7, card GP108GLM [Quadro P520] (rev a1) with X server 1.20.11 on Kubuntu 20.04. System hungs after 10-15 seconds after video card starts (It freezes on login screen using nvidia mode and after 10-15 seconds in on-demand mode) .
I tried kernels from 5.2 to 5.10 and drivers from 450 to 465.31.
I cannot gather logs using nvidia mode in prime-select since system freezes but I include nvidia-bug-report.log.gz for on-demand mode. It also prevents system from entering sleep mode in on-demand mode (see nvidia-sleep.sh process on the photo)
Using version (460.67) and installing the driver with a runfile did the trick for me. I don’t remember where I downloaded the runfile, but this is a possible link:

Hello) I have problems with my nvidia drivers.
I installed ubuntu 21.04 and then i installed nvidia drivers from binary package NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-470.74.run . My GPU is nvidia geforce 3070 laptop.
The problem is: When the desktop is opened the screen is freezing after 10-20 sec and then black screen. I was making a lot of attempts to install nvidia drivers, but not success. Maybe you can help me to resolve my problem?
I attached my nvidia-bug-reportnvidia-bug-report.log.gz (109.8 KB)
