Ubuntu 25.04 boots up to black screen both built-in and external monitor

Ubuntu 25.04 boots up to black screen after seeing Ubuntu logo on both built-in and external monitor. I have to boot into recovery kernel/mode and select “resume” from the recover mode menu to boot into full normal system.
