Hello everyone! I know that an official release of DLSS for UE5 5.6 is ways, ways off, especially seeing how 5.6 is in Preview still. So this is really only directed at the community, has anyone tried to get it working yet? The compilation errors in the DLSS uplugin are easy to fix, the rest comp…

In my project it works — I used your build, and it works perfectly in my project. Thank you so much! (Oh, praise be to arthe0 — long live!)

Welcome @digitalkibble and @arthe0 to the NVIDIA developer forums. Special thank you to @arthe0 for providing some experimental compilation for others to try. Thanks!

“Oh no! Packaging failed!” It works perfectly in the editor.. Can Fix packaging? Ty Master.

I don’t think I can fix it (at least I’ll try). Unfortunately, my build is only for testing things in the the editor. We all need to wait for the official release…

Guess this time will be much faster. Don’t forget that with 5.5 the update to DLSS 4 for the RTX50 series was done and it took time for the GPUs to be released and drivers established. All other updates before were DLSS 3 based.

I used your build for 5.5 that’s why I decided to contribute back to the community :)

Thank you so much for giving us an experimental build. the game is unable to build right now so hopefully Nvidia releases it soon but at least i can work in the editor for now :')

Hi, it’s been quite a while and there’s still no sign of the DLSS plugin for Unreal Engine 5.6. Do you have at least a tentative release date or any update? It’s getting really frustrating not knowing anything. Thanks.

Based on previous experience I’d settle in for a long wait followed by a sudden happy surprise - and keep your fingers crossed that some generous soul is able to improve upon the released experimental build (assuming it doesn’t work for your current usage).
