Unable to get bounding Box for yolov4-tiny on deepstream

Model Generation, and loading is successful for yolov4-tiny on DS-7.1, but no bounding box on the output video.

@fanzh Can you please reproduce this on your end!

First please use other tools to verify the model works well, otherwise we can’t be sure whether it is a model issue or Deepstream issue. Then please refer to our sample yolov4-tiny and faq Debug Tips for DeepStream Accuracy Issue.
