I am using an HP prebuilt desktop computer with the following specs,
Upon installing the proprietary Nvidia driver (460/450) from Additional drivers in Ubuntu I get a black screen upon reboot. I also tried using 5.11 kernel and still the same result. I have also removed the nomodeset parameter and blacklisted the nouveau driver and I still get the black screen with just a cursor showing up. Could someone please help me out with this? Please find attached the log file after running nvidia-bug-report in recovery mode.
