I keep getting this error whenever I try to install python3-dev. I tried many solution but it didn’t worked.
I even tried to format the SD card and re-flash the image several times but the same error is keep showing.
I am using Ubuntu 18.04
Jetpack 4.6

We tested the installation on TX2 with JetPack 4.6.3 and it can work correctly.
Could you set up your device with JetPack 4.6.3 or 4.6.4 and try it again?

I changed the default python version from 2.7 to 3.6 and it worked
