UnrealEngine 4 (Editor) (4.20,4.21,4.22) Linux Vulkan Numerous Crashes

There has been an instability issues with UE4 and Vulkan on Linux with NVidia hardware and numerous crashes.

An example:

With just the Launcher (Editor without a project selected to start with) and hover your mouse over the images of projects, it crashes when the tool tip displaying some information about the project it crashes.
