You are not even using the right config for flashing…

Use flash_l4t_t194_qspi_p3668.xml instead of flash_t234_qspi.xml .

Hello,its failed

sudo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --external-device nvme0n1p1 -c tools/kernel_flash/flash_l4t_external.xml -p “-c bootloader/t186ref/cfg/flash_l4t_t194_qspi_p3668.xml --no-systeming” --network usb0 jetson-xavier-nx-devkit-emmc external

Hi, I get stuck in uefi on my own backboard, and I have no problem using the suite with the same commands and environment.

所以要在UEFI的device tree裡把UART關掉

DevKit is ok!!!

DevKit is the same burning environment as my baseboard

Hello,thank you,its ok!
