I have an old Jetson TX2 Development Board that I need to bring up to date with Operating System and Software. I would much appreciate a link to current instructions, possibly including what version of Ubuntu is the latest supported.
Ubuntu 18.04 LTS is the latest supported. Regarding new features, the TX2 is end of life (it still has development going on, but not for newer o/s). L4T is Ubuntu plus NVIDIA drivers on top of it, and you can see the listing of L4T releases here:

The R32.x release is the one you would use with a TX2 for the most recent (documents with the L4T release URL).
