I am unable to complete SMS phone verification on build.nvidia.com to generate an API key. I’m using a Vietnam (+84) phone number, and I encountered the “This phone number has exceeded limits” error on my very first attempt (no previous OTP requests were made).
Account email: tonggianghuy@gmail.com
Country: Vietnam (+84) Browsers tried: Chrome, Edge (including Incognito mode)
Could you please manually activate my API key access?
