USB high-speed test for the downsteam of USB hub with Jetson Nano

Dear sir,
We want to validating High Speed USB via USB hub, but we cannot turn test pattern from full-speed to High -Speed. Refer to “Jetson Nano USB2.0 Tuning Guide”, High speed pattern can be measured successful when Nano directly connect to USB Connector. But via hub cannot. Could you give some suggest? Thanks!

Hi,
On Jetson Nano developer kit, there is an embedded 4-port hub already. So you connect one more hub to the embedded hub?

We design the new carrier board that has one hub. Upstream of hub connect to USB2_D (Nano’s Pin121&Pin123).

Yes, We follow this document and USB2.0 HS Test packet can be validated by Jetson Nano (Only set one port in test mode every time) ,but via hub not.

Please check with hub vendor. The hub has to be configured to test mode also.

The hub has UTMI to configure USB2.0 test mode, but we do not know how to set its downstream in O.S.
