USB Port 3.0 recognized as USB 2.0

Hi,

We are encountering issues with our Jetson Xavier: the USB 3.0 port is recognized as USB 2.0

The command lsusb : https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/1059028/jetson-xavier-usb3-port-not-working confirms this fact.

We are plugging a FLIR camera via this port and this camera expects a USB 3.0 port to enter the superspeed mode and achieve full frame rate (70 FPS) - https://www.flir.es/support-center/iis/machine-vision/knowledge-base/my-usb-3.1-camera-does-not-achieve-full-frame-rate/

How can we solve this issue? Should we update any driver/firmware?

Thanks a lot!

What do you see from the tree view, “lsusb -t”?

Hi,
For reference, please share the release version( $ head -1 /etc/nv_tegra_release )
Also have you tried the type-C ports?
