USB0 for host mode on custom board

Hello,
We are designed USB0 as follows :

The USB Port is A type and it will connect to ‘USB to Ethernet Device’.
I wonder If i apply patch as the link.

Does it make sense to use our usecase for host mode??

Hi
The default device tree is for micro-B port on Xavier NX developer kit. When the port is connected to host PC, need the status change of extcon state to go to device mode. If it is a type-A port on your board, it’s in host mode only and would need to apply the patch.
