Hello there
I just started setting up my environment, and I managed to connect VScode but when I run HelloWorld nothing gets updated in the stage.
Any Idea why?

You are trying to connect 2 different extensions.
In order to use the Isaac Sim VS Code Edition you need to enable the omni.isaac.vscode extension in the Isaac Sim app, as mentioned in docs
Also, please note that the omni.isaac.vscode was released in Isaac Sim 4.0.0 and you are using the old 2023.1.1 version. See Release Notes — Omniverse IsaacSim latest documentation
