What is the adaptation of Xavier network driver and hardware?

Hi.
I know from Xavier’s supporting materials that the default carrier of this product is compatible with 88e1512 physical chip.

Therefore, I want to know whether the network interface driver currently adapted to 88e1512 can also be adapted to some chips that are not 88e1512?

This can be helpful for me to develop the carrier board with other chips, and I haven’t found this part of information in the information document, can you give me some advice?
