When Xavier NX reboot，EQOS LAN port sometimes doesn’t link up

Hello everyone:
I use the Jetson Xavier NX emmc modules(Jetson Linux Release 32.5.1) to connect my PC(with ubuntu 18.04 ). I creat a shell script which running on my PC to continually reboot the Jetson device and ping it.
I find that sometimes the eth0 can not link up after Jetson device startup.
From kernel log ,eth0 start normally like this “eqos 2490000.ether_qos eth0: Link is Up - 1Gbps/Full - flow control rx/tx”
However, when the eth0 can not link up, I can’t find that piece of information. At that moment , I do ethtool eth0 . It will log “Link detected no”. I do mii-tool eth0 . It will log “link ok”.

please check if you can still reproduce issue on jp4.6.3 or jp5.1.1.
