Where is the "Enterprise Catalog"?

The page at Quickstart Developer Guide - NVIDIA Docs says “To access the Docker Compose files, you must be logged into NGC and have access to the Enterprise Catalog.”

I logged in at https://ngc.nvidia.com/

I searched the catalogues there for “Enterprise Catalog” but couldn’t figure out for the life of me which one it is

How do I get access to the “Enterprise Catalog” please, and how much does it cost?
