我這邊看到你的log長這樣. 你可以看到每一行超過一定長度之後log就被你卡掉了.
不過從部分的log我可以看到問題應該是你的nvme上面的rootfs好像有點問題.

從你的log看來. 你應該是在用自己的custom board.
如果是的話建議你不要用sdkmanager燒. 直接去Linux_for_Tegra下面
- 跑tools底下的l4t_create_default_users.sh. 讓OEM-config直接做完
- 手動重新燒錄看一下還會不會卡在這裡.
完整的custom board步驟還包含device tree的修改. 有可能上面做完你依然開不進去. 但就是先試試
