Xavier agx Industrial Lan7800 connection issue

we create costom Xavier agx Industrial carier and we connected 4 lan7800 to it. when we connected lan7800 to usb2 it works . but when we connected it to usb3.1 it dont work. when i connect an ethernet to my pc from lan7800 xavier agx, my pc’s ethernet port turns up but xavier side still down . (kernel version : 5.10.120-tegra)

This looks like vendor driver level error but the error log seems not fatal too. Better asking the vendor.
