Xavier AGX on custom carrier, Jetpack_5.1.1 / R35.2.1 / Kernel 5.10

I followed the directions here: PCIe Endpoint Mode — Jetson Linux Developer Guide documentation
and I was successfully able create the pci_epf_nv_test function and have it detected by the root system.
