Xavier NX模块eth0接RTL8367RB交换芯片reboot后eth0 up不起来

xavier NX模块eth0接RTL8367RB交换芯片，第一次上电eth0是正常up状态的，模块reboot后查看eth0被down掉了，然后手动ifconfig eth0 up显示SIOCSIFFLAGS: operation,此时调试串口打印报错信息：ubuntu login:[239.008383][eqos_poll_for_swr][598][type:0x4][loga-0x0] poll_for_swr:timeout
[239.008617]net eth0:failed to poll MAC Software reset
此时将eth0与RTL8367RB断开，然后再up就能正常UP起来了
