I want to buy Xavier processor. Does anybody know if Nvidia can sell Xavier processor alone?

Hi James, Xavier is only available as the module, not the chip.

Do you mean Nvidia will not sell the GPU Xaiver ?

What kind of module I have to buy If I need the GPU only?

Here’s a link to the Jetson Xavier module which is available through distributors:

The module includes all the components including SoC (CPU/GPU/DLA/CSI/Codec/PCIe/ect.), DRAM, eMMC, power circuitry, and TTP (heatsink).

There is also an 8GB version of the Xavier module available:
