Xrandr: configure crtc 4 failed when trying to connect to second monitor

Greetings,
I recently installed EndeavourOS on a HP Omen en0xxx gaming laptop with a nvidia 1660ti mobile with KDE, and I attempted to use xrandr to enable my second monitor since it isn’t showing up on the gui, and got the error: “xrandr: Configure crtc 4 failed” when running xrandr --auto, since at the time it the second monitor showed up when running xrandr. I found a forum post and installed optimus-manager and switched to hybrid. After that KDE no longer detected the second monitor. I attempted to use xrandr to add a mode for my second monitor, but after attempting to do the switch I got the same error message again. This is a fresh install of endeavouros and I do not know what is going wrong. I would appreciate any help.
