4k@60Hz on windows but 4k@30Hz on Linux : driver 565.77 on a TV Screen Samsung (HDMI over DP) Wayland or X11

I think everything is in the title, on Windows I get 4k@60Hz but on linux I’m stuck with 30Hz .
My GPU is a Laptop RTX4090
My computer is a Dell Precision 7680
My monitor is a Samsung TV (a few years old) : 42.5" Samsung UE43TU7125 - Specifications
