linux and gtx960 with hdmi2.0 not capable 3840x2160 60Hz

I changed my gtx750 card to brand new gtx960 with hdmi 2.0.
it runs 3840x2160@60hz per hdmi connection in windows 7 but only 30hz in linux.
i installed newest x86_64 driver today but only 24, 25, 30 hz.
how to get this work ?

Can you please try starting X with the “-logverbose 6” option or use “nvidia-xconfig --mode-debug” to turn on mode validation debugging? My hunch is that these modes require YUV 4:2:0 compression, which is not yet supported. You can tell if the driver prints the following to the log when verbose mode logging is enabled:

Mode requires YUV 4:2:0 compression
