I bought my course, ** Building Real-Time Video AI Applications,**

I watched the introduction video, then i had to go on a trip, came back home to watch it again and I get " You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment.

If you believe this message is in error, please contact support."

How long can we use this course. What is the validity? Please help me so that I can finish this course. How long can I access the lab?

For the same course “Building Real-Time Video AI Applications”, I got this error while trying to download a model from the registry.

[174] Error loading Python lib '/dli/task/ngc_assets/ngccli/ngc-cli/libpython3.11.so.1.0': dlopen: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version GLIBC_2.28’ not found (required by /dli/task/ngc_assets/ngccli/ngc-cli/libpython3.11.so.1.0)`

How to fix this ?
