I downloaded the “Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano series Pinmux Template.xlsm” revision 1.04 and have a question regarding the configuration of I2C2_SCL/SDA where the comment states that the I2C has pull-up to 1.8V on the module.
Why is “3.3V tolerance Enable” enabled for 1.8V I2C? And is this the same setting as the RCV_33_18_SEL option on p. 67 of DG-10931-001_v1.4?
3.3V tolerance enable should be Disable if using I2C bus at 1.8V and the pull up is to 1.8V. The IO Block Voltage is also 1.8V. RCV_33-18_SEL option is different and sets the correct thresholds for receiving I2C signals on the Orin SoC for that instance of I2C bus. It should be Disable if 1V8 I2C bus is used.
