Hello

Is the following 100gbe crossover cable ? I mean if the TX of one side wired to the RX of the other side ?

QSFP28 DAC copper cables, like the one you linked, have no dedicated TX and RX pins unlike 100baseT RJ45. It is similar to how 10Gb Ethernet over CAT6A works in that the interfaces negotiate to figure out which pins to use for what.
