Mellanox 100GbE cable to high tech global qsfp28 cage

Hello

I have the following parts :

  1. "high tech global " 100GbE qsfp28 cage

  1. and wanto to connect it to the connectX5 mellanox card

  1. I want to use the following cable

So ,

mellanox100gbe card <–> mellanox 100gbe cable <–> high tech global qsf28 cage

From High Tech Global qsfp28 cage schematic we see that we need to drive the following ports

LPMode

IntL

ModPrsL

ModselL

RESET_N

Seems to be a standard of qsfp28

Can someone refer me to relevant documentation or explain me with values those ports should receive ? in order to interface it to the mellanox cable / card previously described
