Endless red errors on startup:

This is very unusual. I have never seen a log like this. I think the best thing to do is to delete the app, and reinstall. Also go into your c:/users/USER/appdata/local/ov/data/ and delete the whole KIT folder.

Also I see mention of your ONEDRIVE app in the log. Be careful not to install anything to onedrive. It can interfere with OV. Leave everything in its default folders.

Deleted Omniverse create, uninstalled OneDrive ( which I never used or setup ), and reinstalled…

Same errors :-(

Assuming other people are using 2023.2.3 without issue? I can try on another machine

Ok it gets stranger… I can install on the other machine and it works fine.

On the broken machine, I uninstalled, uninstalled the launcher, rebooted, reinstalled launcher and set up explicit directories on another drive, and installed create and I get the same endless stream of errors :-(

This is the better machine with a 4090 in it. Dont know what to do. Attached the log

Looking through the forums - look like someone had same issue back in July Composer 2023.1 errors on startup - Apps / USD Composer (Create) - NVIDIA Developer Forums

Thanks. We will try to figure it out. Can you give me the complete system specs. Is this the first time you are using Omniverse and Composer on this machine or is this an upgrade from the old version ?

Can you take a video of the app booting up ? Does the app actually boot, but with errors ? Does it function ? A video would help.

Can you try Presenter and Explorer as well. Just to see if they work ? And maybe try the old version of Composer.

I think I did try Omniverse in the past - maybe I didnt uninstall it correctly back then?

The app totally boots up and runs - it just has an endless stream of errors. (included screen shot)

Will try Presenter and Explorer - how do I try old version - can I specify through launcher?

tried installing composer 2023.2.2 - same red errors when running

installed presenter - seemed to run but there is this error at the bottom:
presentererror

Maybe something wrong with Python on my system?
