Installer compiled the kernel module, but kernel can’t load nvidia.ko.
$ uanme -r
4.4.23-smp
Among other stuff, logs have this:
[ 98.303677] nvidia: Unknown symbol mtrr_del (err 0)
[ 98.303902] nvidia: Unknown symbol mtrr_add (err 0)
nVidia still didn’t fix theirs drivers (MTRR stuff). :(
Why do i have to backport obsolete stuff into kernel to make it (nvidia driver) work? I’ll just stay with nouveau instead.
