So i have now seen this error on windows, linux cachyos and bazirite.
My main problem is that when i play some games. the GPU fans will be set to 65% speed(fixed). Yet the speed will flick between 100% and back to the fixed amount. as shown in the picture below. it will go up and down the interval below is for 30 mins.
