Previously people advice me to get a capacity on the power supply to regulate the current, which I did. Also I changed my adapter from 4A to 6A. The booting process still hang at 7 urandom warning(s) missed due to ratelimiting.
Also, I am using an oscilloscope to monitor the voltage change. I set the trigger at 4.96, falling edge, one shot mode. It did not capture any voltage drop when the board hang.
