699-13448-0002-402 network issue

Our Jetson Nano custom carrier board has a extended network card that is the same as the Jetson Nano module：r8168；
The current module model is a 2025 new model with part number 699-13448-0002-402;
We have reflashed the L4T32.4.4 version of the system, and all of our software development is based on this software version. We do not want to switch to a new system.
There is a serious issue with this system:
The network card extended R8168 is not working properly, and even the system restarts when unplugging the network cable. Please help analyze the reason for the screenshot of the log.
