A10 baremetal 4K resolution

A10 card is running on baremetal installation, debian 10, kernel 4.19.0-17-amd64, nvidia driver 460.73.01-1~bpo10+1. It seems that in such configuration, X server cannot use 4k resolution as logged below:

[3030620.033] (II) NVIDIA(0): Detected PCI Express Link width: 16X
[3030620.033] (–) NVIDIA(GPU-0): NVIDIA VGX (DFP-0): connected
[3030620.033] (–) NVIDIA(GPU-0): NVIDIA VGX (DFP-0): External TMDS
[3030620.033] (WW) NVIDIA(GPU-0): Mode (3840 x 2160) larger than per-head max resolution
[3030620.033] (WW) NVIDIA(GPU-0): supported (2560 x 1600)

it seems that only vGPU licence allows to reconfigure outputs to a single output allowing 4k resolution. Is this true? No chace for 4k resolution even on baremetal?

Thanks
