Can I expand app size?

Hi,

By default, jetpack4.4 will extend the partition size. Please try to use jetpack4.4.

I have installed already jetpack 4.4 DP

like this

How can I extend the partition size?

Thank you.

Hi,

Please try 4.4GA and set the partition size in the first boot time (during your account configuration).

When I use SD card image I met following image.

If I install jetpack4.4GA(not 4.4DP) using sdk manager, you cannot see the above screen.

Can you cross check using sdk manager?

Thank you

When can I resize the partition through sdk manager?
Can you roughly tell me the date the solution comes out?

Hi neuezeal,

Have you resolved the issue?
Any further support required?

Hi @kayccc

A few days later, I’m going to check this issue.

Thank you.

Hello,

There is still no part of changing the app partition size when installing jetpack4.4 through SDK manager.

When can it be reflected?

Thank you.

Hello,

When will that part be revised?
Still, when installing jetpack4.4 through sdk manager, the screen to change the partition size does not appear.

Thank you.

Hi,

Please use -S parameter in flash.sh to workaround this issue

Hello

If I use the sdk manager, you just click on the GUI and follow the instructions, where do you put the parameters?

Thank you.

Hi,

Not sure if you know how to run flash.sh. I assumed you already knew because you even tried something like massflashgen.sh if I remember correctly…

SDKmanager also uses the flash.sh to flash your board. We just make it a GUI to help you people to get into jetson world eaiser.

However, this GUI tool is not smart enough to use all the functions of flash.sh. That is why you cannot use sdkmanager at this moment.

Workaround means a temporary solution. We cannot make sdkmanager to provide a window for you to configure partition size now so sharing an alternative to you instead.
