According to PCN212822 announced in 2025, Samsung DRAM will be added to Orin NX 8G modules produced starting December 15, 2025.
Is there a way to check whether Samsung DRAM or Micron DRAM is assembled in the Orin NX 8G module released after December 15, 2025?
I want to know how to identify the module’s components using part numbers, etc., before visually inspecting them.
