Hi,
I have Jetson Orin NX 16GB using JetPack 5.1.3.
We are using overlay patch for the latest PCN - “Orin DRAM PCN Support Pack”
Jetson PCN Summary
How can i determinate on flashed system if this pack was applied?

Please contact with your local distributor to get the sample with PCN211361 mentioned DRAM module to do the validation.

If your patch didn’t get applied then new module with PCN won’t be able to get flashed.

Thank you for your response.
I was able to flash my system successfully without the patch. so probably my board is with the old version of the DRAM.
Is there a way for me to determine the manufacturer part number of the DRAM currently on my board?

No, not possible by its label or look. You could only depend on software log to precisely tell.

Could you please clarify which software logs I should be looking at?

The ramcode will be different.

For example,

[0063.774] I> Binary MEM-BCT-1 loaded successfully at 0x40040000 (0xe580)
[0063.781] I> RAM_CODE 0x4000041
[0063.786] I> RAM_CODE 0x4000041
