Thank you for your interest in Raytracing technology. Unfortunately the Hardware technology used in the current generation Nintendo Switch does not support GPU accelerated Raytracing. Beside which, Minecraft is developed by Microsoft, so they would need to enable Raytracing in the Switch version.
