AGX Orin GPIO pulse when system boot up

Hi Nvidia,

We are using the AGX Orin and have configured pin 282 (L19, PEX_C6_CLKREQ_N) to Low via Pinmux.
However, during boot, we observe a brief High pulse on this pin.
This behavior seems very similar to the issue described in the following post:

I’m using a custom carrier board that has GPIOs connected to the following pins on the Orin: PA.01 (DAP6_DOUT) PA.02 (DAP6_DIN) PH.00 (SOC_GPIO21) Every time during a cold boot there is a 4-5ms 3.3V pulse on all these pins. Is there a way to prevent this? I have tried adjusting the MB1 pinmux to set the default state of the pins to be output low, but this happens after the pulse. I verified by making the pins output high.

In our case, however, we are not using a 3.3V level shifter.
The post appears to be from 2023, which would correspond to JetPack 5,
but we are currently encountering this issue on JetPack 6.2.

Have you received any similar reports or feedback since then?

Hi sgursal,
However, I checked the MPIO Pad Code on Jetson_AGX_Orin_Series_Pin_Descriptions, L19 belongs to DD, not CZ.
Therefore, we could expect there is no glitch on this pin when power rail is enabled, right?

As you can see on L19 pin there is already a 47K pullup to 3V3 on the module (Jetson). This may pull the pin high initially before the pinmux is applied/configured.
