AGXI reboot and got error "FIRMWARE INIT FAILED AT LEVEL 10"

Platform: Jetpack 5.1.1 for the AGXI

Hi. I got six AGXI on our self-made board. Sometimes one of them will double boot , and I found some error at the boot log. It shows error at dram_ecc_corrected_handler. “FIRMWARE INIT FAILED AT LEVEL 10”

The full log:
agxi-double boot-20240726.txt (337.2 KB)

Is there any suggestion to check this problem?

Thanks!

Do you have EEPROM on your custom carrier board?

Are you using the custom UEFI binary?
If so, would you hit the issue if you use the default UEFI binary?

May I also know the fail rate about the reboot?

Hi KevinFFF:

There is no EEPROM on our custom carrier board.

It is not easy to replicate the problem. the fail rate is low. It happened by chance.

Yes. I am using the custom UEFI binary.

I will let you know after I reflashed the device.

You may disable the EEPROM node in your device tree.

okay, we would like to know if there’s the issue with default UEFI binary and how about the fail rate and the clear reproduce steps.
