I am attempting to implement a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alternate Mode to drive an external display on a custom Jetson Orin AGX carrier board.
I’ve seen some mixed information in older posts. Could someone please provide a definitive confirmation on whether the Orin SoM and JetPack officially support DP Alt Mode over USB-C?

Just to confirm even a 4 lane DP configuration + usb 2.0 such as the one seen in this image is not supported? If there is no support could you please elaborate on why?

This thing was never validated on Orin so we can only say it is no support. We don’t guarantee whether it would work smoothly or not if you ever made such hardware out.
