I can’t seem to find this information. I’m looking to get a 2TB, 4TB nvme ssd for the board and I can’t seem to find out if dual sided nvme will fit the slot? Dual sided chips might raise the ssd higher that the slot. Has anyone tried?

The host does not know if a SSD is single-sided or double-sided. It should work. You may need extra cooling, however. You may prefer PCIe Gen3 SSDs because of their lower power and cooling requirements.
Hi there. My question wasn’t clear. I was wondering if the nvme would “fit” in the slot if there are also memory chips on the side below. I hope this clarifies the question.
Yes, should fit mechanically.
