Are the MMA1T00-VS 200G transceivers MSA rev. 4 compliant?

We have been working with XENA to get the MMA1T00-VS 200G transceivers enabled on their Thor test module. When configured for PAM4, the lasers do not light up. They believe it may be due to the MSA version of the transceiver.​ We have tried both A7 and A8 versions of the transceivers.

The test module does work with copper cables and 100G NRZ optical transceivers.
