  1. Can we program Aurix microcontroller without using EB Tresos? If yes, can you pls guide us how shall we develop and flash application on Aurix? (We do not want to follow AUTOSAR for prototyping in first stage.)
  2. How can we send/receive few custom signals between Xavier SOC and Aurix? What would be the communication channel for the same?

Dear @saurabh.sinalkar,
I think it is not possible. We are checking internally and update you.
Did you check the supported commands at https://docs.nvidia.com/drive/drive_os_5.1.6.1L/nvvib_docs/index.html#page/DRIVE_OS_Linux_SDK_Development_Guide/MCU%20Setup%20and%20Configuration/mcu_console_usage.html#wwconnect_header

Dear @SivaRamaKrishnaNV,
I went through the supported AURIX commands but couldnt understand how can we send custom signals from Xavier SOC to Aurix, our use-case is to develop an application program which will run on Aurix taking custom signal inputs from Xavier SOC. How should we proceed on that?

Dear @saurabh.sinalkar,
I would recommend to contact infeneon for this request. You can use ethernet/SPI connections for communication.
