Bcftoolsmpileup and bcftoolscall remove in Parabricks 4.x?

Hi,

It seems bcftoolsmpileup and bcftoolscall have been removed in Parabricks 4.x. Could someone please tell if there are appropriate replacements for them in 4.x, or should I be using 3.x to use these tools (and there aren’t known issues that might have led to their removal).

Thanks for reaching out. Yes these 2 tools have been removed from Parabricks since 4.0 release. Please stay with 3.x if you need access. But be aware that those are not under maintenance any more so use with caution.
