Lack of vqsr in 4.0.0 parabricks version

Before update of parabricks to 4.0.0 version there was a tool - vqsr. Now doesn’t exists anymore. Is it possible to use any tool from parabricks from version above 4.0.0 to perform vqsr analysis? Or will it be maintained in later versions? Thanks

Unfortunately, this feature is no longer supported in Parabricks.
