Black screen on *HDMI-connected* GeForce RTX 4060

A quick overview of my machine before we begin:
Manufacturer/Model: Acer Predator Orion 3000 (model no. PO3-650-UB91)
OS/Distro: FreeBSD 14.3 with latest repositories using KDE Plasma 6.4.1, X11, and SDDM
CPU: Intel Core i5-13400F (no iGPU)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060
RAM: 16GB DDR5 SDRAM
Monitor: SANSUI 24 inch Gaming Monitor 180Hz
GPU ports layout from left to right (it’s weird):

  1. DisplayPort
  2. DisplayPort
  3. HDMI
  4. DisplayPort

One more piece of information that might be useful is that the Nouveau driver on Linux 6.15 latest stable works flawlessly with HDMI and DisplayPort. However, the FreeBSD-recommended nvidia-modeset driver only works flawlessly with DisplayPort, all the DisplayPort ports on the machine, plugging in the monitor through HDMI still boots FreeBSD and starts the X server but the monitor display no signal. I’ve tried using nvidia-xconfig with the nvidia-modeset driver on FreeBSD and only had success with DisplayPort. Also, nvidia-smi shows same results when using HDMI (black screen, but using tty) and DisplayPort (using KDE Konsole, X server). The attached bug reports are according to the port used to connect the machine to the monitor, _dp prefixed zip is for DisplayPort output and _hdmi is for HDMI output. For the record, the driver version is 575.64 from FreshPorts nvidia-driver-devel package for FreeBSD 14.3 latest. I’ve had this issue on Linux with nvidia official driver, too, version 570. I really hope somebody could help me with this issue.
